2. .All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you find it difficult to understand the content or teaching style.

• Even if it’s a live trading session or a regular class, we cannot provide any refund because the academy incurs certain fixed expenses, and 50% of the fee is paid to the mentor. Hence, a refund option is not possible for us.

3. Learning Support:

• Our mentors will assist you until you understand the topic. If needed, you may request a change of mentor at no extra cost.

4. No Guarantee of Profits:

• Trading involves high risk. We do not guarantee results or profits. All trades are done at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Account Handling:

• If you allow anyone (staff, mentor, or others) to access your trading account, it is entirely your responsibility. The academy is not liable for any loss or action taken.

6. Unauthorized Payments:

•  Only use official payment methods provided by Breakout Academy. We are not responsible for money paid to third parties or individuals without our written approval.

7. Online Classes & Attendance:

• Classes are conducted online. Regular attendance is expected. Missing classes does not qualify for a refund.

8. Code of Conduct: 

• Sharing of tips, abusive behavior, and copyright violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Privacy & Data:  

• We collect minimal information for payment and communication. We do not sell or misuse your personal data.

•  Course materials are owned by Breakout Academy. Do not share, resell, or copy them without permission.

 11. Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.

1. Rules for Participation

• To maintain a productive and professional environment during the Live Trading Challenge, all Participants must adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination from the Challenge without a refund.

2. Compliance with Guidelines

• Participants must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Company and its representatives during live trading sessions.
• Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to spamming the chat, using offensive language, or displaying disrespectful conduct towards the Company or other Participants, is strictly prohibited.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

• Participants must not share or disclose any proprietary or confidential information discussed during the live sessions to any third party. This includes any trading strategies, decisions, or market insights shared by the Company's representative.
• Recording or distributing any part of the live sessions, including audio, video, or text content, without explicit written permission from the Company, is prohibited.

4. Respect for Privacy and Boundaries

• Participants must respect the privacy and boundaries of other Participants and the Company's representatives. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or unauthorized communication is strictly prohibited.

5. Punctuality and Engagement

•  Participants are expected to join live sessions on time and actively participate as required. Repeated tardiness or lack of engagement may lead to termination from the Challenge

6. Consequences of Rule Violation 

Immediate Termination: Any violation of the rules outlined in Section 11 will result in immediate termination from the Live Trading Challenge.

No Refund: Participants terminated for rule violations will not be eligible for a refund of the premium amount paid.

Legal Action: The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against Participants for any damages or losses incurred due to rule violations.

By enrolling in the Live Trading Challenge, you agree to abide by these rules and understand the consequences of non-compliance.
